261.259. Board of commissioners. — 1. The members of a district shall elect a board of commissioners of such district. 2. All commissioners of a district shall be owners or operators of land used for the cultivation of commercial crops within the physical boundaries of the district. (L. 2004 S.B. 740, et al.)
