262.215. State fair, definitions. — Unless the language or context clearly indicates a different meaning is intended, as used in sections 262.215 to 262.280 , the following terms mean: (1) "Commission" , the state fair commission established by sections 262.215 to 262.280 ; (2) "Commissioner" , a member of the state fair commission; (3) "Director" , before January 1, 1996, the director of the department of agriculture; after January 1, 1996, the director of the Missouri state fair appointed by the state fair commission.
