265.330. Meats section created — head of section, appointment, qualifications, duties. — 1. There is hereby created "The Meats Section of the Veterinary Division of the Department of Agriculture". 2. The director shall appoint a graduate veterinarian as the head of the meats section. 3. The head of the meats section shall enforce the rules and regulations prescribed by the commissioner, and shall perform such other duties as the director and the state veterinarian deem necessary.
