276.576 Satisfaction of bonding requirements.

276.576. Satisfaction of bonding requirements. — The bonding requirements of sections 276.401 to 276.581 may be satisfied by: (1) Filing with the director evidence of a bond on file with any other state with which Missouri has a cooperative agreement as provided for by sections 276.401 to 276.581 ; and (2) Such bond shall be copayable to the state of Missouri for the benefit of sellers of grain in Missouri; and (3) The bond shall be in an amount at least equal to the amounts required by sections 276.401 to 276.581 .
