285.110 Penalty for violation of sections 285.100 to 285.110.

285.110. Penalty for violation of sections 285.100 to 285.110. — Any employer found guilty of a violation of sections 285.100 to 285.110 shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars, nor more than one thousand dollars for each offense. (L. 1974 S.B. 409 § 3)
