286.001. Definitions. — As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly states otherwise, the following terms mean: (1) "Commission" , the labor and industrial relations commission; (2) "Department" , the department of labor and industrial relations; (3) "Director" , the director of the department of labor and industrial relations; (4) "Division" , the divisions of employment security, labor standards and workers' compensation; and (5) "Division heads" , the division directors for each of the divisions.
