WEEKS** Deputy Commissioner June 9, 1995 TO: ALL LICENSED NON-RESIDENT FIRE/CASUALTY AGENTS FROM: Licensing Division - Bea Smith, Director # **B U L L E T I N** Bulletin 95-4 Mississippi Legislature, 1995 Regular Session, passed House Bill No. 518 to amend Section 83-21-15 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, to take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 1995. This law changed the expiration of all non-resident fire/casualty agents' privilege licenses to June 1 following the date of issue. Please contact each insurance company you represent in Mississippi and advise them to request you a certificate of authority to transact business in the State of Mississippi. This Bulletin is your authorization to continue to transact fire/casualty business until June 1, 1996, under your current privilege license.
