Effective Date
The Effective Date of this Regulation shall be thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and
filing with the Secretary of State’s Office of the State of Mississippi. In order to provide
sufficient time for the insurers to establish policies and systems to comply with this Regulation,
the time for compliance with this Regulation is extended to March 1, 2004.
