Authority This Regulation is promulgated by the Commissioner of Insurance as required pursuant to the provisions of the Licensure and Regulation of Public Adjusters Act ("Act"), Miss. Code Ann. §§83-17-501, et seq; as well as the provisions of 19 Miss. Admin. Code, Part 1, Chapter 15, said regulation being the Rules of Practice and Procedure before the Mississippi Insurance Department and State Fire Marshal’s Office.
