Effective Date

Effective Date This regulation is effective August 1, 2000. A viatical settlement provider, viatical settlement broker or viatical settlement representative transacting business in this state may continue to do so pending approval of the provider, broker or representative’s application for a license as long as the application is filed with the commissioner by July 1, 2000.
