Designated Responders

Designated Responders.
All licensed gaming establishments shall employ and have on staff 24 hours a day personnel
trained in First Aid, CPR and AED operations. Use, operation and training shall be in
accordance with Miss. Code Ann. §41-60-33 (Supp.1999) and with all other applicable state
laws and regulations. Current certification(s) shall be maintained and available for inspection
upon request.
