Authority This Regulation is promulgated pursuant to the authority vested in the Commissioner of Insurance under Article 7 and Article 9 of Chapter 41 of Title 83 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, and is promulgated in accordance with Mississippi Insurance Department Regulation No. 88-101, being the Rules of Practice and Procedure Before the Mississippi Insurance Department.
