Authority This regulation is adopted and promulgated pursuant to the authority granted by Miss. Code Ann. § 83-5-1, §§ 83-9-1 et seq., §§ 83-41-401 et seq. and in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act found at Miss Code Ann. § 25-43-1 et seq.
