Confidentiality

Confidentiality A managed care entity or managed care contractor may designate material submitted to the Commissioner pursuant to this regulation as confidential and exempt from disclosure to the public under the Mississippi Public Records Act if the health carrier deems the material to meet the criteria set forth in Miss. Code Ann. § 25-61-9(1).
