Unauthorized Games

Unauthorized Games. No licensee shall permit any game other than those specifically named in the Act as a "game" or "gambling game" to be operated without first applying for and receiving permission from the Commission to operate such game and, if permission is granted, thereafter obtaining all required licenses for the same.
