Purposes 4.02.1: Purpose of Plan The purpose of the Plan is to provide for the assignment of risks which in good faith are entitled to insurance under Chapter 3 of Title 71 of the Code of Mississippi (1972), as amended, but which, because of unusual conditions and circumstances, are unable to obtain such insurance.
