Implementation A. The State Fire Marshal may promulgate rules and regulations, pursuant to Section 25-43- 1 et seq., necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. B. The commissioner in the regular course of conducting inspections of wholesale dealers, agents and retail dealers, as authorized under Section 27-69-1 et seq., may inspect such cigarettes to determine if the cigarettes are marked as required by Section 45-12-9. If the cigarettes are not marked as required, the commissioner shall notify the State Fire Marshal.
