Appeal Procedure
Any individual aggrieved by a final decision of the Board shall be entitled to judicial review.
Any appeal from the Board's decision shall be filed within thirty (30) days after notification of
the action of the Board in the Circuit Court of Hinds County, Mississippi, in the manner set forth
in Miss. Code Ann. § 75-57-117.
