Expansion Not Required. Any charter school awarded funding for a pre-kindergarten
program that does not have pre-kindergarten as part of their current contract terms or as part of
the original school model in the school’s application is not required to submit an expansion
application under 10 Mississippi Administrative Code Part 405.
