Confidentiality. Any social security number; residential address not used as a business address; driver’s license number; federal EIN; personal email address; residential telephone number not used as a business telephone number; and any information disclosing an individual’s percentage of ownership interest in a Scrap Metal business, or any other personal or proprietary information that may be obtained in any registration or renewal application for licensure under these Rules shall not be deemed a public record.
