Sole Responsibility. It is solely the responsibility of the Applicant or Registrant to update and remain current with all address and contact information required for registration. The Division and the Secretary of State are not responsible, and the Applicant or Registrant is solely responsible for the non-receipt of any notice or correspondence issued by the Division or the Secretary of State due to the failure of the Applicant or Registrant to maintain current and correct address and contact information with the Division or its Agent.
