Seller

Seller. Seller shall mean any individual who, directly or through a Delivery Person, presents Metal Property for sale to a Scrap Metal Dealer or Dealer/Processor regardless of whether they receive compensation from that Scrap Metal Dealer for the acquisition of that property.
