An Accurate and Legible Record

An Accurate and Legible Record. An Accurate and Legible Record as used in the Act and in these Rules, shall mean a record maintained by any Applicant or Scrap Metal Dealer, or submitted by any Applicant or Scrap Metal Dealer to the Secretary of State’s approved Agent for Registration and Recordkeeping for maintaining all customer records pursuant to the Act.
