Dealer-to-Dealer Customer Transaction Report

Dealer-to-Dealer Customer Transaction Report. Dealer-to-Dealer Transaction Report shall mean the record that is required by Mississippi Code Annotated Section 97-17-71 (6) and shall include: A. Name and address of selling dealer; B. Date and place of each acquisition of the metal property; C. The weight, quantity, or volume and a general description of the type of metal property; and D. The amount or type of consideration given for the metal property by the purchasing dealer.
