Registration of Separate Legal Entities

Registration of Separate Legal Entities. Each geographic location, and each separate legal entity, subsidiary, and affiliate, of a Scrap Metal Dealer, must be independently registered to operate by the submission of a separate registration application and fee. It is the responsibility of each Applicant and each Scrap Metal Dealer to ensure separate registration of each of its locations and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
