Penalties

Penalties. Any Dealer or Dealer/Processor that fails to submit their registration application and all Customer Transaction Reports, Dealer-to-Dealer Transaction Reports, and any other papers or documents required to be maintained or submitted by the Act or these Rules to the Secretary’s Agent is subject to administrative penalties authorized by the Act or by these Rules.
