Interpretations by the Division. Pursuant to Section 75-71-605(d) of the Act, the Division may respond to written inquiries concerning no-action determinations and interpretations of the Act or the Rules promulgated thereunder, provided sufficient relevant facts are given and the situation is not hypothetical. A nonrefundable fee of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) must accompany each inquiry. The Division may refuse to respond to any inquiry.
