Witnesses

Witnesses. Each party shall, no later than ten (10) days prior to the hearing date, file with the Hearing Officer and the opposing party(s), a list of witnesses it may call to testify at the hearing. The list shall contain for each witness: A. Name. B. Current residential and business addresses, if known. C. Current residential and business telephone numbers, if known. D. A statement indicating whether such person is to testify in person or by affidavit. E. A true and correct copy of such list shall be forwarded by each party to all other parties no later than ten (10) days prior to the hearing date.
