Filing Materials

Filing Materials. All papers, forms or information required to be filed with the Division must be filed electronically as permitted by the Division. The date on which the online forms or other documents are actually received by the Division shall be the date of filing thereof. An application is not considered complete and will not be further processed until all required documentation has been received by the Division.
