Redaction in Public Records Requests. Pursuant to Section 79-11-527 of the Act, the Division may make information contained in or filed with any registration’s application available for public record, not including confidential and/or personal information contained in Schedule B of a registrant’s I.R.S. Form 990. The Division will redact all information contained in Schedule B when responding to public records requests, except for any law enforcement purpose as contemplated in Section 79-11-527.
