Filing of Summary of Financial Activities of a Professional Fund-Raiser for a Solicitation Campaign. A Summary of Financial Activities of a Professional Fund-Raiser for a Solicitation Campaign form must be filed online with the Division to report the financial activities for each individual solicitation campaign conducted for every charitable organization for which the Professional Fund-Raiser makes solicitations. This financial report is to be filed with the Division no more than ninety (90) days after a solicitation campaign has been completed and/or annually on the anniversary date of the commencement of any solicitation if the campaign lasts more than one (1) year. If the solicitation campaign is conducted nationally or regionally and is not confined solely to the State of Mississippi, the financial information required to be filed shall be inclusive of the national or regional campaign.
