Approval To Sell Or Dispose Of Gaming Devices. A licensee, other than a manufacturer and distributor, shall not dispose of gaming devices without the prior written approval of the Executive Director, unless the devices are sold or delivered to its affiliated companies or a licensed manufacturer or distributor, in which case approval is deemed granted. A licensee shall not request approval to sell or deliver gaming devices to a person other than its affiliated companies or a licensed manufacturer or distributor unless the devices have been marked pursuant to Rule 12.15 of this regulation. Applications for approval to sell or dispose of gaming devices must be made, processed, and determined in such manner and using such forms as the Executive Director may prescribe. Each application must include the information required by Rule 12.15 of this regulation in addition to such other items or information as the Executive Director may require.
