Exemptions

Exemptions. Nothing in these rules shall be construed or interpreted in such a manner as to limit a qualified assistant or paraprofessional in performing duties related to applied behavior analysis as assigned by a professional exempt by statute from the rules and regulations herein; except that, no supervised assistant or paraprofessional shall perform duties under such supervision that the exempt professional is not otherwise qualified to perform.
