Submission of Formatted Compilations Required. Each agency shall submit a complete and current compilation of its rules and regulations to the Secretary of State no later than June 30, 2011. Compilations shall be formatted in accordance with these rules unless otherwise approved by the Secretary of State's Office as contemplated by Miss. Code Ann. § 25-43- 1.103(4). Any rules submitted to the Secretary of State that are not formatted in accordance with these rules may be rejected pursuant to Rule 2.4 of this Part.
