Scope of Declaratory Opinions
Cite as 1 Miss. Admin. Code Pt. 2, R. 3.2
Scope of Declaratory Opinions. The Secretary of State will issue declaratory opinions
regarding the applicability to specified facts of:
A. a statute administered or enforceable by the Secretary of State,
B. a rule promulgated by the Secretary of State, or
C. an order issued by the Secretary of State.
