“Buyer in the ordinary course of business” means a person or entity who buys goods,

“Buyer in the ordinary course of business” means a person or entity who buys goods,
including farm products, In good faith, without knowledge that the sale violates the rights of
another person in the goods, and in the ordinary- course of business from a person or entity in the
business of selling goods of that kind. This definition also incorporates “buyer in the ordinary
course of business” as defined in Mississippi Code § 75-1-201(9) and shall not be in conflict
with the Food Security Act of 1g85, 7 U.S.C. § 1631.
