Investigations. The Secretary of State, the Attorney General, and the State Department of Education or their authorized representative may make or cause to be made such inquiries and investigations as may be deemed necessary to establish the reputation of the applicant. Information obtained from the discovery procedure will be kept confidential, including the source or sources from which it came.
