Investigation Of Gaming Establishments, Generally. A license, registration, finding of suitability, or other affirmative approval granted by the Commission to any person authorizing that person to have any involvement in the gaming industry is a revocable privilege, and no holder thereof shall be deemed to have acquired any vested rights therein or thereunder. The Commission and the Executive Director shall observe the conduct of all such persons to the end that unqualified or unsuitable persons or persons whose operations are conducted in an unsuitable manner shall not be involved in the gaming industry in the State of Mississippi.
