Daily Rate of Compensation

Daily Rate of Compensation.
All weekly compensation benefits payable for loss of time or other
disability shall be based upon a five day work week so that the daily
compensation benefit payable in any case shall be the total weekly
compensation benefit divided by five (5).
This Rule shall be in force and effect on and after January 18,
2018.
