Reporting Injuries or Deaths. Employers shall report all on-the-job deaths of and injuries to their employees to the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission as provided for in Miss. Code Ann. Section 71-3-67 and on forms prescribed by the Commission. As required by Miss. Code Ann. Section 71-3-65, employer shall keep a record of all injuries and make the record available to the Commission upon request. This Rule shall be in force and effect on and after January 18, 2018.
