General Rules of Evidence Relaxed. In compensation hearings the general rules of evidence shall be relaxed to permit the introduction of any relevant and competent evidence. On motion of a party or Administrative Judge, the Administrative Judge may exclude any matters that are libelous or personal which do not have a direct bearing on the claim. All other matters which are accepted by the Administrative Judge over the objection of either party shall become a part of the record with the objection properly shown. This Rule shall be in force and effect on and after January 18, 2018.
