WRP DISBURSEMENT AND REIMBURSEMENT

WRP DISBURSEMENT AND REIMBURSEMENT. All funds deposited into the Mississippi Department of Employment Security (MDES) MS Works Fund shall be disbursed exclusively by the Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Employment Security, in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the State Workforce Development Board Rules Committee. The MDES upon approval by the MDA will make disbursements. The Training Provider will be reimbursed upon completion of a participant’s training. Reimbursement requests may be submitted no more frequently than on a monthly basis.
