Authority

Authority. Upon good cause shown, the Board shall have the authority to grant such exemptions and exceptions to these regulations as needed in the opinion of the Board to implement Section 11-46-1 et seq. of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, effectively and efficiently in the best interests of the political subdivisions or the state.
