Authority

Authority. The Board shall have the discretionary authority to participate with willing claimants in voluntary non-binding mediation of tort claims against state agencies. The Board shall participate in any mediation ordered by a court pursuant to the mediation rules adopted by the Mississippi Supreme Court.
