Authority

Authority. The Board shall have the authority to pursue judicial enforcement of the requirements of Section 11-46-1 et seq. of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, and these regulations in any court of competent jurisdiction; and, take all other reasonable and necessary actions to carry out the powers and duties of the board under Section 11-46-1 et seq. of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended and these regulations.
