Purpose

Purpose. The purpose of this rule is to describe the organization of the Mississippi Tort State Board (hereafter referred to as MTCB) and how the public may obtain information from the Board as required by Section 25-43-2.104 (a) of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
