Service Of Complaint

Service Of Complaint.
The Executive Director shall cause the complaint to be served upon the respondent by
registered or certified mail, or personally. Proof of service may be provided by a certificate
or affidavit of service, which shall be signed by the person effecting service and which shall
specify the date and manner of service.
