Only the target species harvested under the authority of a Marine Experimental Gear/Underutilized Species Permit are allowed to be sold, bartered, traded or consumed. All other species of marine organisms must be returned immediately to the marine waters under the territorial jurisdiction of the State of Mississippi. MISS.
