Homesteading or otherwise using CPAs for a sole place of residence is prohibited. The act of Homesteading includes but is not limited to: erecting permanent or semi-permanent structures. No person shall construct or erect any building or structure on CPA land or water. MISS. CODE ANN. §§39-7-1 et seq., 49-27-3, 97-15-30, and 97-15-32.
