Where the proposed revision concerns the regulation of suitable sites for water dependent industry, the Department must serve a copy of the proposed revision upon the board of supervisors and port authority, development commission, or port and harbor commission in Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson Counties at least sixty (60) days prior to the public hearing.
